Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fresh Graduate Real Estate Sales Specialist position based in Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in finding their ideal properties by understanding their needs and presenting suitable options. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal team members; negotiating deals; and staying updated on market trends and property listings.


Comprehensive training is provided to ensure that all incoming sales batches are fully prepared for real-world sales operations. This training equips new hires with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, company processes, and property offerings, enabling them to deliver exceptional service and achieve strong performance from day one.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively understand and meet clients’ needs.
  • Basic experience or foundational knowledge in sales or brokerage to support negotiations and deal closures.
  • Interest in the real estate industry with the willingness and ability to develop market expertise.
  • Openness and commitment to structured training programs to excel in real estate sales and master product knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and communication platforms is an added advantage.
