We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our Vehicle Branding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales for vehicle branding services such as vinyl wraps, decals, fleet branding, and promotional graphics. The role involves both B2B and B2C sales, requiring a mix of field visits, client presentations, and coordination with the design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients including corporate fleets, logistics companies, advertising agencies, and individual vehicle owners.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and online channels.
  • Present and explain vehicle branding solutions, pricing, and design options to clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately executed.
  • Track and report sales performance, leads, and market trends.
  • Attend trade shows, marketing events, and exhibitions to promote services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any post-sales issues or queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising, printing, or vehicle branding.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven sales and closing skills.
  • Good understanding of vehicle branding, printing materials, and graphic design concepts (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Timely submission of sales reports and updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
