Requirements:

• Valid Cosmetology/Barber License: Must have a current, state-issued license and any other necessary certifications.
• Professionalism: You should bring a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service to the salon. Treat clients with respect and deliver excellent services at all times.
• Insurance & Liability Coverage: All chair renters must carry their own liability insurance to operate within our space.
• Clientele: Ideally, you already have a clientele or are looking to build your own. Our salon offers a great space to grow, but you’ll need to bring your business to the chair.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: You’ll be responsible for keeping your station clean and organized, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and professionalism at all times.
• Self-Motivated & Independent: As an independent contractor, you’re responsible for managing your business, including scheduling, pricing, and client relationships.

Rent Details:

• Competitive Rates: Flexible pricing to fit your needs, with a weekly or monthly payment structure available.
• All-Inclusive Rent: Includes utilities, Wi-Fi, product usage (shampoo, conditioner, etc.), and salon amenities like towels, aprons, and sanitation supplies.
• No Commission Fees: Keep 100% of your earnings from services and products you sell.
