Job Overview:
ROZELLA Salon is seeking a professional and experienced Salon Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a smooth workflow on the salon floor. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily salon floor activities and ensure efficient service delivery
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle client concerns professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the salon at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment
• Support stylists and technicians to ensure timely service for clients
• Assist in achieving sales targets and promoting salon services/products
• Train and guide junior staff to maintain service quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a salon or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of salon operations, services, and products is preferred
• Professional appearance and attitude
