Salon Floor Manager (Female)

Shafaq n Kami Salon is a premium beauty and wellness brand offering a modern, client-focused environment. We specialize in professional grooming, skincare, hair, and spa services — blending creativity with comfort and luxury.

We are looking for a dynamic, well-groomed, and confident female Floor Manager to supervise daily salon operations, manage staff performance, and ensure the highest service standards for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day floor activities and client flow.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Supervise beauticians, reception, and support staff with professionalism.
• Manage client appointments and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain hygiene, presentation, and workflow standards.
• Coordinate with HR and management for staff scheduling and training.
• Monitor service quality, upselling, and product performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar salon management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle clients in a professional and polite manner.
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.
• Proficient in managing a team under a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Working Hours:

12:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday
