WE’RE HIRING: SALON MANAGER

Are you a natural leader with a passion for beauty and client service? We’re looking for an experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a professional team, and ensure top-quality service in a luxury salon setting in the GCC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day salon operations and staff schedules
• Motivate, train, and support the beauty team
• Maintain high standards of client service and salon hygiene
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns effectively
• Oversee stock control, product ordering, and inventory
• Drive sales, promotions, and client retention strategies
• Report performance updates to management

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of salon management or supervisory experience
