Salon Manager

A boutique luxury nail studio rooted in conscious beauty, precision technique, and slow, intentional rituals. Located by the beach on Reem Island, we are building more than a salon — we are creating a refined sanctuary for modern women who value quality, wellness, and elevated experiences.

We are looking for a Salon Manager who embodies leadership, grace under pressure, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Role Overview

The Salon Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring exceptional client experience, smooth team management, and strong commercial performance — while preserving the calm, elevated atmosphere that defines our brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both hospitality and business.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Client Experience

  • Oversee daily salon operations and ensure seamless service flow
  • Maintain luxury service standards and client journey
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation meet boutique standards

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, motivate, and schedule nail technicians and front desk staff
  • Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews
  • Train staff on service excellence, upselling, and brand values
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performance team culture

Sales & Business Performance

  • Monitor daily revenue, KPIs, and retail sales performance
  • Implement strategies to increase average spend and retention
  • Manage memberships and loyalty programs
  • Oversee inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination

Administration

  • Manage staff attendance and shift planning
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports
  • Coordinate with management on marketing activations and events
  • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and licensing requirements

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5+ years experience managing a salon or luxury hospitality space
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Experience with booking systems (FRESHA)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Confident handling high-end clientele
  • Sales-driven with strong business awareness
