Senior Beauty Salon Campaign & Lead Generation Manager

(Minimum 3 Years UAE Beauty Experience Required)

About the Role

Alaris Beauty Salon, part of Persian Horizon Holding, is seeking a highly experienced Campaign & Lead Generation Manager with proven experience running advertising campaigns specifically for beauty salons in the UAE.

This role is strictly for professionals who have managed and scaled paid campaigns for beauty salons within the UAE market.

The objective is clear: generate qualified leads, increase bookings, and drive measurable revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale multi-channel advertising campaigns for salon services
• Generate high-quality leads for luxury beauty treatments
• Manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Develop WhatsApp and direct-response campaigns
• Optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per booking, and ROI
• Analyze performance data and continuously improve campaign results
• Collaborate with booking and sales teams to maximize conversion
• Test and scale new acquisition strategies

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening)

• Minimum 3 years of direct campaign management experience for beauty salons in the UAE
• Proven track record of generating leads and bookings for salons in Dubai or UAE
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of UAE beauty market audience behavior
• Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset
