Salon Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Remote Salon Manager to manage and grow our home-service salon business in Doha. As we currently operate without a physical salon, this role requires full remote coordination of staff, bookings, training, products, and service development.

We are seeking a proactive manager who understands the beauty industry, stays updated with trends, and can help improve services, team performance, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate is business-minded, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a home-service salon smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

  • Manage all daily bookings and scheduling for home-service appointments.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, locations, and timing efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Maintain service quality and professional standards.
  • Ensure punctuality and proper client communication.

2. Team Management

  • Supervise and manage beauty therapists and technicians remotely.
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and service quality.
  • Conduct regular staff follow-ups and performance reviews.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
  • Maintain team discipline, professionalism, and motivation.

3. Training & Development

  • Stay updated with latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • Identify training needs for staff and recommend suitable courses.
  • Research and arrange training from professional academies, brands, or trainers.
  • Ensure team skills are always improving and aligned with market demand.
  • Introduce new techniques that improve service quality and speed.

4. New Services & Business Improvement

  • Research and suggest new trending services suitable for home-service salons.
  • Recommend services that increase profit and attract clients.
  • Develop service packages and offers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors in Doha.
  • Suggest improvements to grow bookings and revenue.

5. Products & Supplier Management

  • Identify and source high-quality professional products for home-service use.
  • Research reliable suppliers and dealers in Qatar or internationally.
  • Ensure products used are well-qualified and suitable for mobile service.
  • Monitor product usage and recommend restocking.
  • Suggest new product lines or retail opportunities.

6. Marketing & Growth Support

  • Stay updated with salon marketing trends and social media trends.
  • Suggest marketing ideas, packages, and promotions.
  • Assist in planning offers, seasonal promotions, and collaborations.
  • Support social media direction with service ideas and trends.
  • Help increase client retention and new client bookings.

7. Customer Service

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
  • Handle complaints or special requests professionally.
  • Support VIP clients and regular clients.
  • Maintain positive brand reputation.

8. Reporting & Business Support

  • Track daily bookings, sales, and staff performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Monitor expenses and service profitability.
  • Support business growth planning with owner.

Requirement

  • Experience as a salon manager or beauty operations manager.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty services, trends, and products.
  • Experience in home-service salons preferred.
  • Ability to find training opportunities and new services.
  • Good knowledge of suppliers and professional products.
  • Strong organization and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage team remotely and independently.
  • Familiar with social media and salon marketing trends.
  • Based in Doha or familiar with the Doha market preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • salon manager: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • arabic and English (Preferred)
