About the Role

Alaris Beauty Salon, part of Persian Horizon Holding, is hiring a senior-level Social Media Manager to fully transform and scale our luxury salon’s social media presence.

This is a performance-driven role.
The objective is not just posting content — the objective is visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

We are looking for someone who understands:

• Luxury beauty positioning in Dubai
• Salon client behavior
• Social media trends specific to the UAE beauty market
• How to turn views into bookings

Core Responsibilities

• Build and execute a high-performance social media strategy
• Grow and manage Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Develop trend-based content that generates strong views and engagement
• Create content structures that support lead generation
• Align social activity with booking and marketing teams
• Track KPIs (views, engagement rate, inquiries, leads)
• Continuously optimize performance

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening)

• Minimum 4 years managing social media for beauty salons in the UAE
• Demonstrated experience growing UAE salon accounts
• Strong understanding of luxury beauty branding
• Proven ability to generate high engagement or leads
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
• Strong creative direction capability

Portfolio is mandatory.
