The Salon Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRIÉ's goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Salon Manager helps create an environment that promotes customer service, client retention and employee development.
Responsibilities

Focus on the customer experience

Assist in the interview process

Train new and existing team members in service protocols, product knowledge and in-store processes

Responsible for performing services on clients and leading by example

Coach team members and assist in professional development
-
Conduct monthly and annual reviews
-
Assist in store's inventory
-
Help with marketing efforts (including but not limited to social media videos)

Meet financial metrics set by Leadership Team
-
Participate in all trainings and staff meetings
-
Report directly to the Area Manager
Qualifications
-
Advanced Practice Esthetics License is required
-
Experience in management and/or training
-
1+ years in customer service
