Key Responsibility

  • Client relations: Greet clients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter the salon.
  • Appointment management: Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments for all staff, using a booking system and sending reminder messages.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and social media inquiries, and address client questions and complaints.
  • Front desk operations: Manage all aspects of the front desk, including processing transactions, handling payments, and issuing receipts.
  • Administrative tasks: File client records, manage inventory for office and retail supplies, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Sales and marketing: Upsell services and products, inform clients about promotions, and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professionally presented.
  • Canva proficiency: Experience using Canva's various features, including templates, elements, and the new AI tools.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with appointment scheduling
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a salon or customer-facing role is a plus

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
