The Mane Haven is a top notch salon with two locations, in Mamaroneck and Eastchester, New York. In this trendy, high energy environment, the right candidate should have a good sense of fashion and beauty. We are seeking an experienced hair salon receptionist with customer service, organization, and communication skills to help manage the day to day operations of our salon. Experience in a salon or spa receptionist role is preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, & professional. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

• making appointments & greeting clients
• Help the salon be successful with efficient and friendly booking.
• Build relationships with our extensive clientele, ensuring a great experience for every guest
• Maximize the salon’s retail potential
• Resolve customer issues while being mindful of overall morale and culture
• Inventory management

Experience:

• Salon experience preferred, but not necessary
• Customer service background appreciated
• excitment for the beauty industry is a plus
• Salon / retailing experience preferred

Shift:

Tuesday-Saturday

Position available in both locations (Mamaroneck, NY and Eastchester, NY)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
