86 Beauty Lounge is looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who understands the Dubai salon market and can deliver exceptional customer service in a premium beauty environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage bookings, rescheduling, and appointment confirmations
• Handle POS transactions and daily cash closing
• Coordinate with hairstylists, nail technicians, and therapists
• Maintain client records in the system (Zenoti experience is a plus)
• Handle WhatsApp, phone inquiries, and Instagram bookings
• Upsell services, packages, and retail products
• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist experience in a Dubai salon or beauty center
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Experience with salon software (Zenoti preferred)
• Strong sales and upselling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
