Responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting high-quality sandwiches and related food items in accordance with company standards, recipes, and hygiene guidelines.
This role requires speed, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1–3 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role, including both cold and hot sections.
Proven experience in preparing: Sandwiches / Burgers / Salads & Soups / Italian food • Strong knowledge of different types of bread and their uses.
Ability to prepare and assemble sandwiches quickly and accurately.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and portion control.
Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail in presentation and quality.
Work quickly and efficiently during peak service hours.
