Sandwich Maker (F&B Sector)

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused Sandwich Makers to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves preparing fresh, high-quality sandwiches and light meals, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene standards. Candidates must demonstrate speed, attention to detail, and a commitment to premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches, wraps, and light snacks according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor stock levels of sandwich ingredients and report shortages to supervisors.
• Uphold hygiene, HACCP, and Qatar Municipality food safety regulations at all times.
• Provide friendly and efficient service when interacting with customers.
• Assist in menu innovation by suggesting new sandwich combinations or seasonal specials.
• Support kitchen team in general food preparation and outlet operations when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Sandwich Maker, Kitchen Assistant, or similar role in the F&B sector preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and HACCP compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Speed & Accuracy: Orders prepared within set service time without errors.
• Quality & Consistency: Sandwiches meet taste, portion, and presentation standards.
• Hygiene Compliance: Zero food safety violations during inspections.
