Main job duties and Responsibilities:

Review sanitary and plumbing design drawings, calculations, and specifications prepared by consultants.

Verify compliance of designs with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Assess accuracy of hydraulic calculations for water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and firefighting systems.

Identify design discrepancies, gaps, or coordination issues with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

Provide technical comments and feedback to consultants, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.

Participate in design review workshops and coordination meetings led by the design review team.

Ensure sanitary designs are properly integrated into the overall master plan and infrastructure concepts.

Review technical reports, studies, and calculations submitted by consultants for accuracy and completeness.

Monitor consultants’ adherence to project schedules and deliverables from a design review perspective.

Ensure consistency of sanitary design submissions with the company’s design guidelines and development standards.

Stay updated on best practices, sustainable sanitary solutions, and industry innovations relevant to real estate developments.

Support the Electromechanical Senior Manager in reporting and documentation related to sanitary systems.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred focus on Sanitary/Plumbing).

Master’s degree in mechanical/environmental engineering is a plus.

Consultancy background is preferred.

HVAC knowledge is a plus.
-
7-10 years of professional experience in sanitary/plumbing engineering.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:

Strong knowledge of sanitary and plumbing codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in design review tools and software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM platforms).

Deep understanding of hydraulic design principles, water supply/demand, drainage, and sewage systems.

Strong interdisciplinary coordination skills.

Analytical mindset with high attention to detail in reviewing consultant deliverables.

Effective communication and report-writing skills.

Awareness of sustainable water management and green building practices (e.g., LEED, EDGE) is an advantage
