SAP Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, etc.).
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and authorizations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Oversee transport management and system landscape changes.
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and ensure data integrity.
• Apply patches, upgrades, and support packages to maintain system stability.
• Ensure system security and compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve SAP-related issues.
• Generate reports and provide system documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Basis / System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, or ECC environments.
• Familiarity with databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2).
• Experience in SAP transport management, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
• Knowledge of SAP security concepts and role management.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Basis certification (nice to have).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted SAP systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with OS-level administration (Linux/Windows).
