Job Title: Business Analyst – SAP S/4 HANA & Ariba (Procurement & Planning)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba to support the upcoming Phase II implementation focusing on Supplier Enablement and Procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Supplier Relations, along with hands-on exposure to executing testing activities and supporting change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba solutions for procurement and supplier enablement.
• Work with the project team to execute testing scripts (no script creation required).
• Assist in Procurement, Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Material Planning, and Supplier Relationship activities.
• Support valuation testing and ensure end-to-end business process validation.
• Participate in BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and Inventory Planning activities.
• Perform Change Control activities and assess change impacts on business processes.
• Update and create local GxP documentation as needed.
• Communicate business and system changes effectively with external partners and suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to demonstrate E2E solution capabilities and integration points with other systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Procurement/Planning.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba (Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Enablement).
• Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Material Planning, and Supplier Relations.
• Experience in executing testing scripts and supporting system validation.
• Familiarity with valuation testing, BCP, and Inventory Planning.
• Experience with Change Control processes and business impact assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with external partners.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma or regulated industries (GxP knowledge).
• Knowledge of E2E system integration testing.
• Prior involvement in SAP Ariba supplier onboarding projects.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
