SAP Business One Consultant

Position Summary:

The SAP Business One Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP B1 to enhance various business processes. This role requires a solid understanding of trading operations, focusing on sales, service management, procurement, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze end-to-end operations related to sales, service, inventory management, and distribution.

• SAP B1 Implementation & Configuration: Study existing processes, redesign, implement and configure SAP B1 modules (Sales, Service, Inventory, Finance) tailored to the trading environment.

• Inventory Management: Set up and manage inventory control systems, including stock tracking and replenishment processes.

• Sales and Service Support: Configure and support sales orders, service orders, and related workflows to optimize customer engagement and service delivery.

• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards within the SAP B1 framework.

• Reporting & Analytics: Develop customized reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports or SQL queries to support decision-making (e.g., sales performance, inventory turnover).

• User Training & Support: Provide hands-on training and support to end-users across sales, service, and inventory departments.

• Continuous Improvement: study exiting system across all entities, Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements, re-design & implement to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.

• Documentation & Testing: Prepare system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), test scripts, and user manuals for ongoing reference and audits.

• Ad hoc Duties: Perform other day-to-day activities, reporting, and SAP management tasks as assigned by the higher management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports and SQL HANA is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP B1 tools.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Business One implementation and support.
• Experience in trading or service industries is preferred.
• SAP B1 or related certifications are advantageous.

Salary: AED 10,000
