SAP Business One - Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• System Knowledge & Architecture
• Understand the overall architecture and functional structure of SAP Business One.
• Ensure proper configuration and smooth operation of SAP B1 modules across departments.
• Modules & Functional Support
• Provide expert-level knowledge of core SAP Business One modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Service, CRM, etc.).
• Assist end-users in resolving daily functional or technical issues with SAP Business One.
• Coordinate with external SAP partners for advanced issues or system upgrades.
• Reporting & Customization
• Develop and maintain reports using SAP Business One tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Query Generator, XL Reporter).
• Write optimized SQL queries (SELECT statements, stored procedures, views) to support business reporting requirements.
• Customize dashboards and KPIs to improve business visibility and decision-making.
• User Training & Documentation
• Train end-users on SAP Business One features, best practices, and reporting tools.
• Prepare user manuals, FAQs, and documentation to strengthen system adoption.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and streamline workflows.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
• Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, CRM, Service).
• Good knowledge of SQL (query writing, reporting, and database structure).
• Experience with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Query Generator, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical users.
• Preferred: Experience in the automotive or retail industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
