SAP Support Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4 Hana.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4 Hana solutions.
_ Key Responsibilities:_
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understanding business needs and translating them into SAP S/4 Hana system requirements.
- Solution Design and Configuration: Designing and configuring SAP modules (e.g., finance, sales, inventory) to meet specific client needs.
- Implementation and Deployment: Setting up and deploying SAP solutions, including data migration and system testing.
- Training and Support: Providing end-user training and ongoing support to staff on SAP S/4 Hana functionalities.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving issues related to the SAP system, collaborating with technical teams when necessary.
- System Optimization: Continuously improving business processes and system functionality based on needs and system updates.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for SAP S/4 Hana implementations, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Hana functionalities, including various modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory).
- Functional Expertise: Knowledge of business processes and how they can be mapped to SAP S/4 Hana.
- Consulting Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- SAP S/4 Hana Certification preferred.
