Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with deep expertise in the Finance and Controlling (FICO) domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple SAP Finance sub-modules and will work directly with plant managers to analyze and finalize cost and performance metrics. This role requires strong functional knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage SAP Finance & Controlling functions across multiple business processes.

• Work extensively on Product Costing including:

  • Make to Stock (MTS)

  • Make to Order (MTO)

  • Product Cost Collector (PCC)

• Perform detailed analysis of Production Variances and provide insights.

• Implement and support Profitability Analysis (CO-PA):

  • Costing-based

  • Account-based

• Manage Cost Center Planning processes and methodologies.

• Support Actual Costing and Material Ledger functionalities.

• Work with Validations and Substitutions, with the ability to review ABAP logic.

• Support New GL Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Banking functionalities.

• Collaborate with Plant Managers across locations to analyze data and finalize plant-specific metrics.

• Provide functional documentation, testing support, and issue resolution across SAP Finance processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO).

• Strong functional expertise in:

  • Product Costing (MTS, MTO, PCC)

  • Production Variance Analysis

  • Profitability Analysis (Costing-based & Account-based CO-PA)

  • Cost Center Planning

  • Actual Costing & Material Ledger

  • New GL Accounting

  • Asset Accounting

  • Banking Processes

• Working knowledge of Validations, Substitutions, and ABAP-related debugging or functional understanding.

• Ability to interface with Plant Managers and finalize operational metrics.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to start immediately.
