JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior SAP HR Consultant will support enterprise HR transformation initiatives and provide expertise in SAP HCM solutions and system implementations.
This role focuses on improving HR business processes, supporting SAP implementations, and ensuring the effective integration of HR systems with enterprise applications.
The consultant will work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver scalable and efficient SAP HR solutions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support implementation and optimization of SAP HCM modules.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze and improve HR business processes.
Support system configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP HR solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP HR systems and enterprise platforms.
Conduct system analysis, gap identification, and process improvements.
Participate in testing and deployment phases of SAP implementation projects.
Provide user support and training to HR teams.
Ensure compliance with enterprise IT governance and project standards.
Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and HR processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Experience working with enterprise HR systems and SAP environments.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
POTENTIAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Systems, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in SAP HR consulting or implementation.
Experience working with SAP HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Time Management.
Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA systems.
SAP certifications are considered an advantage.
