SAP CRM LEAD

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SRM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP SRM-related activities
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and customize SAP SRM modules including:
• Sourcing
• Contract Management
• Supplier Self-Service (SUS)
• Catalog Management
• Procurement (P2P)
• Integrate SAP SRM with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other third-party systems
• Manage workflows, approval processes, and business rules
• Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for RICEF developments
• Lead testing activities (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support go-live
• Provide production support and resolve critical issues
• Mentor junior consultants and manage offshore/onshore teams
• Ensure compliance with procurement and audit standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP SRM
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• SAP SRM 7.x
• P2P, Strategic Sourcing & Contracts
• SUS and catalog integration
• Good understanding of SAP MM and procurement processes
• Experience with:
• SRM–ECC integration
• IDocs, RFCs, Web Services
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA Central Procurement
• Exposure to SAP Ariba (added advantage)
• SAP certification in SRM / MM
• Experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, or Retail domains
