Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SRM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP SRM-related activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize SAP SRM modules including:
- Sourcing
- Contract Management
- Supplier Self-Service (SUS)
- Catalog Management
- Procurement (P2P)
- Integrate SAP SRM with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other third-party systems
- Manage workflows, approval processes, and business rules
- Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for RICEF developments
- Lead testing activities (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support go-live
- Provide production support and resolve critical issues
- Mentor junior consultants and manage offshore/onshore teams
- Ensure compliance with procurement and audit standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP SRM
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP SRM 7.x
- P2P, Strategic Sourcing & Contracts
- SUS and catalog integration
- Good understanding of SAP MM and procurement processes
- Experience with:
- SRM–ECC integration
- IDocs, RFCs, Web Services
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with S/4HANA Central Procurement
- Exposure to SAP Ariba (added advantage)
- SAP certification in SRM / MM
- Experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, or Retail domains
