  • Design and develop custom SAP CRM solutions, including enhancements, extensions, and integrations, to meet specific business requirements and improve system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP CRM system, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize system downtime and disruptions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM technologies, tools, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and innovation.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system to perform their tasks.
  • Implement and configure SAP CRM modules, such as Sales, Service, and Marketing, to optimize business processes and improve user experience.
  • Manage and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals, to ensure knowledge transfer and system maintainability.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain complex ABAP code, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows, ensuring high-quality and efficient code execution.
