Design and develop custom SAP CRM solutions, including enhancements, extensions, and integrations, to meet specific business requirements and improve system functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP CRM system, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize system downtime and disruptions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM technologies, tools, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and innovation.
Provide support and training to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system to perform their tasks.
Implement and configure SAP CRM modules, such as Sales, Service, and Marketing, to optimize business processes and improve user experience.
Manage and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals, to ensure knowledge transfer and system maintainability.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
Develop and maintain complex ABAP code, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows, ensuring high-quality and efficient code execution.
