We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Implementation Developer & Coordinator to lead and support the development, customization, and deployment of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP, proven ERP project implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful go‑live.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ERP operations along with networking, server, and system administration tasks.
- Analyze business practices, workflows, and document flows to identify ERP improvements.
- Provide SAP implementation support across modules: Finance, HR & Payroll, Accounts, Store, Sales, Procurement & Material Management, and Production.
- Train, guide, and support end users in effective ERP system usage.
- Deliver real-time support to end users during daily operations.
- Assist in ERP configuration, customization, and integration activities.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Support post‑implementation activities, including enhancements and system optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in ERP development and implementation.
- Proven expertise in SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, HCM, ABAP).
- Strong understanding of business processes in FMCG or similar industries (preferred).
- Experience in system integration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of database management and ERP data migration tools.
