SAP Executive – HCM

The role will support the SAP ERP function by ensuring smooth execution of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes. The incumbent will assist in maintaining accurate employee data, supporting payroll and time management activities, and resolving SAP HCM user issues to ensure efficient HR operations and employee service delivery.


Additionally, the incumbent will be required to work on the following areas:

  • Provide first-level support for SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS issues)
  • Maintain employee and organizational master data with high accuracy
  • Support payroll processing and time/attendance validation activities
  • Assist in testing (UAT, system updates) and documentation of HR processes
  • Generate and validate HR reports and support audit requirements
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and system enhancements
  • Provide basic training and guidance to employees on ESS/MSS functionalities


Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll, ESS/MSS)

• Understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee data management)

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)

• SAP HCM Certification (preferable but not mandatory)


Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or relevant field (Minimum GPA 3.0). SAP certification is an added advantage.

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in SAP HCM, HR operations, or related internships
