Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a SAP Business One Support Executive (L1) to join our team at the plant. This role is responsible for providing first-level support to users and ensuring smooth operation of SAP Business One across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for SAP Business One (functional and basic technical issues)
• Handle user queries related to Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance modules
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined timelines
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required
• Assist in SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting
• Support data validation, master data management, and routine system checks
• Coordinate with users for issue resolution and requirement gathering
• Assist in testing during system enhancements and implementations
• Provide basic user training and system support
• Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (16 years education)
• 1–2 years of experience in SAP Business One support
• Basic understanding of SAP B1 modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
