should have product costing , basics of Project systems and COPA experience , he should have fair knowledge on FI sub modules like GL,AP,AR and Asset accounting, Good to have Tax experience

Overall SAP Experience

Around 10 years of SAP consulting experience across complex and large-scale projects.

Experience in full lifecycle project execution: Core template design, build, validation, roll-out, deployment, and support.

Strong exposure to multi-team environments and global delivery models.

Functional Expertise

SAP FI (Finance)

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Treasury

Asset Accounting (AA)

Period-End Closing

SAP CO (Controlling)

Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

Internal Orders

Controlling & Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Product Costing (a must-have)

Project System (PS)

Hands-on experience with PS Integration is mandatory

Integration Experience

Strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules:

MM, SD, PS

Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional touchpoints.

Technical & Functional Skills

Excellent knowledge of SAP functional processes, available functionalities, and FICO best practices.

Proficient in:

Configuration & customizing

Understanding of technical aspects (environment, transport management, system architecture)

End-to-end project phases (blueprint, build, testing, deployment, hypercare)

Strong experience in testing (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution.

Good planning, follow-up, documentation, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

SAP S/4HANA certification and hands-on experience (highly desirable)

Exposure to Agile methodology and working in sprint-based delivery models.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with capability to present effectively to various stakeholders.

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and with external partners.

Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
