Responsibilities: We are looking for a motivated SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant with a passion for Finance / Accounting and Controlling processes in S/4 Hana systems. As an SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting with application management services (AMS) for SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, including routine maintenance, user support, and troubleshooting. Manage incident resolution and service requests related to SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Collaborate with business users to analyze and resolve functional and technical issues. Ensure seamless functioning of SAP finance operations by applying best-practice solutions. Monitor system performance, perform root-cause analysis, and execute corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs.

• Provide functional support to end-users on SAP FICO-related queries and issues.

• Perform in-depth analysis to identify recurring issues and implement preventative solutions.

• Perform minor changes or enhancements to SAP FICO module configuration (e.g. GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).

• Provide support during closing cycles including reconciliation, validation, and reporting activities.

• Perform data validations and reconciliations between SAP and legacy or external systems.

- Coordinate with the technical team to move configuration changes across system landscapes using SAP Transport Management System (TMS).

- Assist in maintenance of master data for Finance (e.g., vendors, customers, cost centers).

- Work closely with SAP MM, SD, PP, and HR teams to ensure proper integration of processes.

- Monitor critical financial business processes and ensure transactions flow correctly.
