- Implement and configure SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Manage end-to-end Fieldglass implementation projects, including design, testing, and deployment.
- Integrate Fieldglass with SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA) and other third-party systems.
- Provide support for Fieldglass workflows, templates, and reporting.
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation for processes and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fieldglass applications.
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and IT teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
