PP/PP-PI / Manufacturing:

1.S/4 HANA Manufacturing Master data and configuration experience

2. Experience in global deployments of SAP through understanding of procedures around different best practices.

3. Strong process knowledge in Production Planning (MRP), work experience in Make to Stock, Make to Order, Configure to Order, Repetitive, Kanban, Batch management processes.

4. PP integration experience with logistics components (MM/QM/SD/PM/FICO) needed.

5. Knowledge and experience on S/4 HANA Manufacturing E2E processes.

6. Experience in Industry Manufacturing solutions like PEO (Production Engineering & Operations), ETO, Advanced Variant Configuration, ePPDS planning & scheduling topics for industries.

7.Expertise in MES integrations (like Digital Manufacturing Cloud, Manufacturing Execution systems) with S/4 HANA.

8.Should be able to clearly demonstrate knowledge and work on various Discrete industry Manufacturing IS-Solutions.

9.Business & Mapping flow experience for E2E Discrete & Process industry manufacturing processes.

10. Knowledge on LoB topics in Supply Chain - IBP, EAM, and PLM integrations to S/4 HANA Manufacturing.

QM

1. QM Master data and configuration experience.

2.Experience in global deployments of SAP through understanding of procedures around different best practices.

3.Strong process knowledge in Quality management, work experience in handling quality inspection process.

4.Experience in setting up master data – Inspection methods, Quality Agreements, QIR, MICs and inspection plans.

5.QM integration experience with logistics components (MM/PP/SD/PM) needed.

6. QM workflow knowledge – Sample management, Quality certificates, Quality notifications and Quality control required.

7. Continuous process improvement hands-on experience on Audit management, Stability study, FMEA and control plans is preferred.
