Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to support implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP modules across business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on configuration experience in SAP environments.

This is a fully remote role based in India, working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Functional Implementation & Support

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs.
• Support end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and post-go-live support.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP best practices.

Module-Specific Responsibilities (Depending on Expertise)

• SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP PP (Production Planning)
• SAP HCM (Human Capital Management)
• SAP EWM / WM (Warehouse Management)
• SAP S/4HANA Functional experience preferred

Stakeholder & Process Management

• Work closely with business users to define workflows and process improvements.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Coordinate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, and integrations.
• Provide user training and documentation support.

Testing & Deployment

• Develop test cases and support system integration testing.
• Assist in data migration validation and reconciliation.
• Support change management and release activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–10 years of SAP Functional Consulting experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience in at least one SAP module (FICO/MM/SD/PP/HCM etc.).
• Experience in SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Experience in UAT support and end-user training.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to integration with third-party systems.
• SAP certification in relevant module.
• Experience working with global clients.
• Agile/Scrum exposure is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
