Job Purpose
SAP HCM Consultant
with mid-level experience to support Human Capital Management processes within SAP. The consultant will work closely with HR teams to configure, maintain, and enhance SAP HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and HR systems. This is a part-time role suitable for consultants with the ability to deliver high-quality results while managing flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:

Support core SAP HCM processes including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll (as applicable).

Collaborate with HR teams to gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and propose SAP-based solutions.

Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules according to business needs.

Provide functional support for end users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure smooth integration of SAP HCM with FI, SuccessFactors, and other related systems.

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP/technical teams.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Deliver end-user training and maintain updated process documentation.

Participate in upgrades, support packages, and migration activities when required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.

Strong knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll processes.

Experience with SAP HR reporting tools and integration with SuccessFactors (plus).

Familiarity with SAP HCM on S/4HANA or SAP HCM for S/4 (advantage).

Hands-on configuration and support of SAP HCM modules.

Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.

Good understanding of HR reporting and payroll-related functionalities.

Knowledge of SuccessFactors and cloud-based HR integration (advantageous).

SAP Certified Application Associate – HCM.
-
SuccessFactors certification (plus).
-
Flexibility to adapt to changing HR and business requirements.
