Human Resources Analyst

Job Purpose

To analyze workforce data, develop accurate manpower reports, and support HR budgeting processes. The role ensures proper planning of headcount, labor costs, and workforce efficiency to support organizational decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Workforce Data Analysis

  • Collect, clean, and analyze workforce-related data (headcount, absenteeism, overtime, vacancies,.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce reports.
  • Identify trends, risks, and gaps in staffing, productivity, and workforce allocation.
  • Provide data insights to support decision-making for senior management.

Budgeting & Manpower Planning

  • Develop and monitor the annual HR budget (salaries, benefits, overtime, recruitment costs).
  • Collaborate with departments to validate manpower requests and ensure alignment with budget.
  • Prepare cost simulations for promotions, increments, new hires, and organizational changes.
  • Track approved vs. actual labor costs and highlight any variances.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power BI, formulas).
