SAP HCM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of HR processes and hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders to deliver effective and compliant HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP HCM modules, including:
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Time Management (TM)
• Payroll
• Benefits Administration
• Recruitment
• ESS/MSS
• Manage end-to-end HR process configurations.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Handle payroll schema configuration and wage type setup.
• Ensure statutory compliance as per local regulations.
• Support interfaces with third-party systems (bank, tax, benefits, etc.).
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP) for enhancements.
• Conduct UAT, end-user training, and provide post-go-live support.
