Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP HR Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in S/4 HANA implementation and proven experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end HR processes within SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full-cycle S/4 HANA HR implementations (at least one mandatory).
• Configure and support SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver configurations as per business needs.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Ensure compliance with Pharma/Life Sciences industry requirements and best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments.
• Train end-users and support change management activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as an SAP HR Consultant.
• Mandatory: At least 1 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll).
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with global teams.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
