Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Consultant to work closely with our internal HR team. The consultant will support the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and HR documentation, playing a key role in building a strong talent pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:

Understand hiring needs and develop role-specific sourcing strategies in consultation with department heads

Design & implement overall recruiting strategy

Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding

Screen and shortlist candidates through resume reviews and interviews on a regular basis

Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews efficiently

Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records

Provide weekly status updates and hiring metrics with respective hiring managers

Facilitating onboarding & orientation for new hires ensuring smooth transition into the organisation

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

Prepare HR-related reports as needed

Remain updated on employment laws & regulations, HR best practices

Support employer branding initiatives including campus outreach and engagement activities, to strengthen the organization’s talent acquisition pipeline.
Profile Requisites

Graduate in Human Resource Management or similar field, prior experience in an HR role is a plus

2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy)

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple roles with minimal supervision

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools and basic Excel reporting
