We are seeking an experienced SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Specialist to design, implement, and support SAP HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HCM functionalities, including HR master data management, payroll, time management, talent management, and cross-module integrations. This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in English.
- Configure and manage SAP HCM components such as HR master data, payroll processing, time management, and talent management in accordance with business requirements.
- Lead the implementation and testing of configuration changes, ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support integration of SAP HCM with other modules (e.g., FI, CO) by designing and executing cross-module data flows and interface processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices for HR processes, including employee self-service, performance evaluations, and organizational restructuring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the HCM spectrum by applying logical reasoning, analytical aptitude, and technical expertise.
- Document system configurations, process enhancements, and project outcomes, and provide training and support to end-users.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts by staying up-to-date with SAP innovations and aligning system capabilities with evolving HR strategies.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing SAP HCM functionalities including, but not limited to, master data management, payroll, time management, and talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in system integrations within the SAP ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solid project management skills and attention to detail.
