SAP Manufacturing Functional Consultant - MES

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions to monitor, control, and optimize manufacturing operations from raw materials to finished products.

· Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to analyze business processes and translate them into functional MES system requirements and specifications.

· Manage real-time production scheduling, resource allocation, dispatching, and workflow automation within SAP MES to enhance production efficiency and quality control.

· Customize and integrate MES software with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational visibility.

· Conduct system testing phases including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure reliability and performance.

· Develop and deliver user training and comprehensive documentation on MES functionalities and best practices.

· Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot and resolve issues while recommending continuous improvements aligned with industry standards.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support traceability, genealogy, and quality management processes within manufacturing execution.
