The Work:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) – Sales Team Lead to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP MDG solutions, with a strong focus on the Sales and Distribution domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP MDG initiatives, primarily focused on Sales and Distribution master data processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and define data governance strategies.

• Drive data quality improvements, data standardization, and harmonization across systems.

• Ensure the alignment of SAP MDG capabilities with overall business needs and IT strategy.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices in SAP MDG implementations and integrations.

• Train and mentor team members to build internal capabilities.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MDG with a focus on Sales and Distribution (SD).

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) tools.

• Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution module and its integration with MDG.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a consulting environment.

• Understanding of data migration, data modeling, and workflow configuration within MDG.

• Familiarity with S/4HANA environments is an advantage.
