Job Title: Proposals Team Leader

Department: Commercial

Job Location: New Cairo.

Accountabilities:

• Attending Pre-BID Meetings.
• Preparation of Site Survey Reports and review with Proposals Section Head.
• Preparation of Material Breakdown and Quantity Estimation.
• Responsible for Supplier Selection and Evaluation.
• Follow Up Project Overall Status.
• Responsible for Clarifications correspondence with Employer.
• Final Review of Vendor Offers.
• Final Review of Technical Proposals.
• To ensure that all members are using the Department Document Format and keep the Server Updated on a Daily basis.
• Manages the Relations and Workflow between the Senior Proposal Engineer and Proposals Engineer.

Direct Manager: Commercial Manager.

-Technical competencies:

•Experience with Tendering Process Steps & deliverables.

•Experience of Electrical System Components & Functionality especially in the area of Transformer Substations, Transmission Lines & Distribution Networks.

-Qualifications:

Education: Electrical Engineering Degree

Years of Experience: 7 -10 Years in the Field of Bidding/Tendering for EPC Contracts.

Language: English / French (Preferred)
