SAP MDG Functional Consultant (Finance)

Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP MDG Functional Consultant specializing in Finance domains. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering SAP MDG solutions, ensuring seamless integration and configuration of SAP Master Data Governance processes for financial master data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design processes, configure systems, and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP MDG Expertise:
  • Leverage SAP MDG knowledge to design and deploy solutions, including process flow capabilities and approval workflows for CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) processes.
  • Configure and deliver SAP MDG solutions for financial master data objects such as GL Accounts, Profit Centers, and Cost Centers.
• SAP Finance Configuration:
  • Must have hands-on experience in configuring SAP Finance (GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers) for a minimum of three S4Hana projects.
  • Ensure seamless integration and configuration of SAP Finance modules to meet client requirements.
• Master Data Management:
  • GL Accounts:
    • Strong understanding of GL (Chart of Accounts, Company Code, Cost Elements).
    • Expertise in configuring SAP COA (Enterprise Structure).
  • Profit Center/Cost Center:
    • Strong understanding of Profit Centers and Cost Centers, including Groups and Hierarchies.
    • Expertise in configuring SAP FICO (Profit Centers and Cost Centers).
• Client Engagement:
  • Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP MDG solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process Design and Delivery:
  • Responsible for process design, including MDG approval flows for CRUD processes.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of SAP MDG solutions, meeting client expectations and business needs.

Qualifications:

• Must-Have Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in configuring SAP Finance (GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers) for at least three S4Hana projects.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP Master Data Objects, including GL Accounts, Profit Centers, and Cost Centers.
  • Expertise in configuring SAP COA (Enterprise Structure) and SAP FICO (Profit Centers and Cost Centers).
  • Strong process design and delivery capabilities for SAP MDG solutions.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of SAP MDG deployment and process flow capabilities.
  • Previous client experience in a similar capacity.
