SAP MM/Ariba Consultant

Seeking a highly skilled SAP MM/Ariba Consultant with at least 10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP Business Network, and SAP BTP. The ideal candidate must have extensive expertise in procurement processes, system integration, and hands-on configuration in SAP MM and Ariba, along with a deep understanding of SAP’s latest technologies.

Experience and Professional Background

· The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, specifically in SAP MM, Ariba, and SAP Business Network.

· The candidate must have worked extensively on SAP S/4HANA and should be proficient in MM module functionalities.

· The candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Procurement, Supplier Management, and Contracts) and SAP Business Network.

· The candidate must have experience in SAP BTP, specifically in integration, extensions, and workflow automation.

· The candidate must have a proven track record in SAP implementation, rollouts, migrations, and support projects.

Hard Skills & Technical Expertise

• The candidate must possess strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP MM, including:
• Procurement (Procure-to-Pay, P2P)
• Inventory Management & Valuation
• Vendor Master Data Management
• Invoice Verification & GR/IR Process
• Pricing Procedures & Release Strategies
• MM-FI, MM-SD, and MM-PP Integration
• The candidate must have hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Procurement & Supplier Collaboration, including:
• Ariba Buying & Invoicing
• Supplier Lifecycle & Risk Management
• Ariba Contracts & Sourcing
• Ariba Catalog & Guided Buying
• Ariba Network Integration with SAP ERP
• The candidate must be proficient in SAP BTP for:
• SAP Integration Suite (SAP Cloud Platform Integration - CPI)
• SAP Fiori & UX for Procurement
• API-based Integration with Ariba & Business Network
• Workflow Automation & Custom Extensions

Project & Process Management Skills

• The candidate must have end-to-end experience in SAP MM/Ariba implementation projects using SAP Activate Methodology.
• The candidate must have experience in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for Ariba and Supplier Collaboration.
• The candidate must have worked in a multi-system environment, integrating SAP MM and Ariba with third-party tools and ERPs.
• Experience in business process optimization, automation, and digital procurement transformation is preferred.

Soft Skills & Communication

• The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP MM/Ariba issues.
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders, business users, and IT teams.
• The candidate must have experience in training and change management, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP MM/Ariba solutions.
