SAP MM/EWM Consultant – Functional Support

Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/EWM Consultant specializing in functional support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of SAP MM/EWM modules by providing expert functional support, resolving system issues, and aligning SAP functionalities with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end functional support during new SAP module implementations
• Act as the first line of support for incidents, user training, and troubleshooting
• Offer daily functional support for SAP MM/EWM modules (MM-SP, EWM, MM-VMS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM/EWM related issues to reduce system downtime
• Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes and recommend improvements
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintain functional documentation
• Provide data and reports for internal/external audits and support financial reporting
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing activities and support system upgrades or migrations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Information, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP MM/EWM functional support
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of SAP MM/EWM configurations
• Basic knowledge automotive aftermarket industry
• Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and transaction codes
• SAP Certified Application Associate Extended Warehouse Management & Sourcing and Procurement is preferred
• Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA or related modules are considered an advantage
