Job Description

• Analyse business operations and design/document manufacturing planning and execution processes aligned with industry best practices
• Deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PP / PP-DS implementations: fit-gap, solution design, IMG configuration, testing (Unit/SIT/UAT), training, go-live and hypercare
• Lead programme/project teams, provide guidance and oversight to ensure scope, quality and schedule adherence and exceptional client service
• Govern enterprise-wide production and logistics process improvement initiatives with Business and IT stakeholders
• Support pre-sales activities: demos/PoCs, solution presentations, effort estimation and proposals
• Work in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban): sprint planning, ceremonies, backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage integrations with MM, SD, QM, PM, CO, EWM, IBP/PP-DS and MES systems
• Oversee master data and data migration: material master, BOMs, routings, work centres, production versions; execute loads via Migration Cockpit and plan cutover
• Utilize S/4HANA Fiori apps and reporting: MRP Live, Production Scheduling Board, Material Coverage; design KPIs and CDS-based analytics
• Prepare and deliver user trainings; drive change management and comprehensive process documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years consulting experience in SAP manufacturing/PP
• Minimum 4 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or solution architecture roles
• Deep PP expertise: MRP/MRP Live, planning strategies (MTS/MTO/ATO/ETO), capacity planning, production orders and confirmations, backflush, Kanban/JIT, repetitive and discrete manufacturing; PP-PI exposure preferred
• Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, QM, PM, CO, EWM and MES
• Hands-on with S/4HANA Fiori apps and CDS views; familiarity with S/4 innovations (e.g., Predictive MRP)
• Experience in testing and quality assurance (Unit, SIT, UAT) and defect/change tools (e.g., JIRA/ALM)
• Proven data migration experience (Migration Cockpit), cutover planning and go-live support
• Experience working in agile technology environments and with global teams; willingness to travel as needed
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong stakeholder management and documentation discipline
• SAP Certification (S/4HANA Manufacturing, PP, PP-DS) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English required; German highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or related field preferred

Nice to have

• SAP PLM: Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO), Engineering Records, DMS and product lifecycle processes
• SAP QM: inspection plans, incoming/in-process/outgoing inspections, quality notifications, SPC and batch management
• SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC): shopfloor integration, POD screens, OEE/performance monitoring and S/4HANA/MES integrations (MII/ME experience is a plus)
• Advanced planning experience with PP-DS or IBP
