SAP PP Senior Consultant

Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP PP solutions within the SAP All-in-One (SAO) model , supporting business users through design, implementation, optimization, and support. The role ensures SAP PP solutions are fully integrated with other SAP modules and aligned with business objectives, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP PP within the SAP All-in-One (SAO) framework, ensuring standardized, scalable, and best-practice-driven solutions.
• Act as functional lead for SAP PP, owning solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across projects and support activities.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP PP processes including Master Data, MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, and Reporting.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with SD, MM, QM, and FICO, managing cross-module dependencies and data flows.
• Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized SAP PP solutions aligned with SAO standards and business goals.
• Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
• Provide functional leadership, guidance, and mentoring to SAP PP consultants and support team members.
• Manage and oversee service requests and support tickets related to SAP PP, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Support and/or lead SAP Business All-in-One implementations, ensuring quality of deliverables and compliance with SAP methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying industry best practices and SAP PP innovations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and external partners for SAP PP-related topics.
• Prepare and deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Academic & professional qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of hands-on SAP PP experience, including full life-cycle implementations.
• Strong experience delivering SAP PP within the SAP
• Solid configuration experience in SAP PP (MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders).
• Proven experience in business process analysis, solution design, and process optimization.
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring, or acting as functional lead is highly preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
