SAP R/3 System Analyst

Position Overview:
The SAP R/3 System Analyst is responsible for maintaining, customizing, and enhancing the company's SAP R/3 environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP R/3 modules, integration points, and system configuration to support operational efficiency and ongoing system improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the SAP R/3 system to ensure stable and uninterrupted operation.
- Analyze business requirements and implement functional or technical changes within the SAP R/3 environment.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades in collaboration with IT and relevant business users.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and change logs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with vendors or SAP support when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements using SAP functionality.
- Manage system users, roles, and authorizations to ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure proper utilization of SAP tools and modules.
- Conduct periodic audits and performance assessments of SAP modules.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working with SAP R/3 systems in configuration, maintenance, or support roles.
- Strong knowledge of key SAP R/3 modules (such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or PP).
- Experience with ABAP programming or SAP Basis administration is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP system migrations or integration with other enterprise platforms.
- Experience with SAP modifications and development.
- Understanding of business process design and documentation.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving system inefficiencies
