SAP SD Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD solutions to meet business requirements. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical consultants to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional specifications.
• Configure SAP SD modules including:
• Sales Order Processing
• Pricing & Billing
• Shipping & Transportation
• Credit Management
• Output Determination
• Returns & Refunds
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEF objects).
• Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements and reports.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
• Provide production support and resolve tickets within SLA.
• Support data migration, cutover activities, and go-live support.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
